Fundamentals of Clinical Supervision

This program provides clinicians with a solid "how-to" foundation for supervising Psychology, Marriage & Family, Social Work, and other mental health supervisees. Participants will gain insinght into their own supervision process as well ast he learning process of their superviesees. Because many workshop participants already possess solid supervision skills, the presetnation is designed to offer new perspectives that can assist in organizing and enhancing these skills. A variety of approaches to the nature of learning and the supervision process will be explored.
